This exclusive line of coffee is made of the finest selections of our Anaerobic Red Bourbon coffee beans hand-picked by our on-ground coffee experts. Choose between three processing methods, and experience all that comes with this Limited Edition coffee series.
NATURAL COFFEE
Natural process coffee is sometimes referred to as dry-processed coffee, and it is one of the oldest coffee preparation methods. Dry processed natural coffees are dried in the full cherry prior to de-pulping, the beans stay inside the fruit for the entire drying process, which can usually take up to a couple of weeks.
ANAEROBIC COFFEE
Anaerobic coffee is not fermented in an open-air environment. Instead, it is thrown into massive containers, CO2 is pumped into them, and the oxygen is forced out. The coffee will then be left to ferment in this oxygen-deprived environment for 100 hours.
FULLY WASHED COFFEE
Washed coffee is the process where the coffee bean has various layers of the coffee cherry removed before the drying process begins. Water is used to wash off the mucilage accumulated during the fermentation process.
